DFI publishes a monthly e newsletter.  DFI, the training institute of THE ASSOCIATED, offers skill-based workshops through a Jewish lens for professionals and volunteers working at varying levels in our agencies, organizations and synagogues. The high quality-training curriculum is tailored to allow individuals to become more effective at their current leadership level or to grow and move to the next level.
          
DFI also provides career advancement opportunities to Jewish communal professionals, creating mentor matches, serving as a forum for recognition of excellence in the field, and offering scholarships though the Friedman Fellowship for professional growth.
